German holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at Luis Caballero Mejías polytechnic in Caracas, later, he specialized in logistics at the Latin American Logistics Institute in Chicago, USA. From the beginning of his career, he dedicated himself to the area of engineering projects in the oil and gas industry in Venezuela, from there he began his passion for the world of industrial and medical gases, starting at BOC GASES, where he held different positions in the area of cryogenic engineering, maintenance, industrial facilities, medical networks, distribution, logistics, gas production, operations management, and sales management.

Subsequently, he founded the companies ALIANZA GASES Y SERVICIOS INDUSTRIALES and CGA VALENCIA, executing the project for the design, procurement, and construction of air gas, acetylene, CO₂, and N₂O plants, in addition to the marketing and distribution of gases.

In 2009, he founded ECOSIGAS CA, a company specializing in technical and commercial services for users and manufacturers of industrial, refrigerant, and medical gases, where he serves as Chief executive officer.
